museum of illusions london Experience the impossible

Was an interesting place to visit. I took my parents there to kill a few hours. Was fun. But what made the whole experience much better were the staff. Especially a guy who's name began with P (sorry I can't remember)! He came round with us to suggest the best ways to use each piece of equipment to get the most out of it. He also took plenty of photos for us.
Thank you so much 😍 wouldn't have been the same without you.

It’s our first time to go to museum of illusions with a group of seven. We all had a wonderful time there as Tryin always helped to advise how to take a better photos. She was very friendly to help take funny photos for us with great smile and patience.
We definitely will come back again and thank you for the great experience.

Isra and Jordan were great. She was an unpaid photographer that had payable skills, and Jordan's energy is just great.

The Museum of Illusion is interesting and entertaining. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Chelsey was enthusiastic and showed us how to take the best photos with the different exhibits & was really enthusiastic about the illusions. The pricing seemed fair. The information plaques were interesting.

Great new museum with some new interesting illusions. Visited on a weekday and it was almost empty which was great for us! The shop had many cool items but a bit expensive.

Well laid out and surprisingly engaging gallery of illusions - both simple puzzles on posters and room sized games. Photo opportunities are plentiful. The staff are lovely and supportive, happy to help take pictures or show you how illusions are best viewed. Atif gave us a lot of help today and was genuinely lovely. Its in a great location and was very fun.

Excellent. Went with an 8 year old and everything was great from her perspective. I feel like it would start getting frustrating if crowded - all the things to do take each family a minute or two and a queue would be very irritating.

Fun day out with the kids, it took just over an hour to walk around the museum, great exhibits for adults & kids and some brilliant photo opportunities!

I had a wonderful time at the Museum of Illusions today. It was so much fun, full of crazy and mind-bending illusions with amazing sights throughout. A very cool place to visit.

I’m also really glad I was able to catch the names of some of the fantastic staff members I mainly interacted with — apologies to the others who were equally amazing but whose names I didn’t get. Your recruitment and selection process must be top notch because you have some of the loveliest, most helpful, and enthusiastic staff. Thank you so much to Parth, Ishika, and Tryin — you really made my day brilliant.

I came on my own and was still able to fully enjoy all of the exhibits because staff are always on hand to guide you, explain the illusions, and even take photos for you. I definitely took full advantage of all the crazy illusions!

I arrived on a weekday morning, so there were no queues at all, which made the experience even better. I also liked the informative placards explaining how the illusions worked. I was there for about 80 minutes and honestly could have stayed longer (especially to try and master the game room), but I eventually had to leave because I was getting hungry.

I would definitely recommend visiting. My favourite illusion was the Number 10 Downing Street door!

Super fun afternoon with the kiddies. So many interactive features, and luckily it wasn't busy, so we got to take our time. Ash and the rest of the team were fab, and were on hand to help with tips and photos.

absolutely brilliant!

I visited today and had a very pleasant time, thanks largely to the staff. The ticket office and security staff were very welcoming and I must single out Krishma and Khadija who went far beyond the call of duty in helping me navigate the site (I am 75) and helped with photography and video. Their help was VERY much appreciated. The attraction is fairly similar to the Paradox Museum; if you liked that, you'll love this

This museum was amazingly fun i do recommend to all families and freinds and say hi to Chelsey for me

Had a wonderful time at the Museum of Illusions with my family! We thoroughly enjoyed every experience, and my kids loved it the most. The exhibits were fun, interactive, and full of surprises. A great place for families to spend quality time together while having lots of laughs and creating amazing memories.

We had so much fun, nice museum!

Our experience of the Museum today was good from beginning to end. There was a staff member at each point willing to take pictures when and if required, they were also happy to help with useful information especially the lady at the exhibits at the start.
In the gift shop the security guard was extremely helpful and friendly as well as Stella behind the till willing to help my son with his purchase which is over the moon about.
Will definitely visit again soon. One of my favourite experiences this year so far.

Jordan was very helpful and made the experience more simpler and even staff were willing to help take pictures to make the experience premium over all

We’ve been to several other Musem of Illusions locations around the world and this is one of our favourites! ❤️

Nice for kids

Really fun day out for 5 of us where our children are 9,13 and 16 and hard to find activities for us to do to accommodate all ages. Like everything, wish it had a bit more for how much you pay.

Was good things to see and have a laugh. Only thing was shame there wasnt more to see. Staff was helpful and nice and polite.
