Tickets are not yet available for purchase. They will be available to buy online through this website or in person at the Museum of Illusions London (subject to availability). We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Please note that tickets purchased from unauthorised websites or third-party resellers will not be accepted.

Yes, you will be able to purchase tickets directly in the Museum, unless we are at capacity. The best way to guarantee entry is to book online in advance. Keep in mind that we will not accept cash payments.

Children ages 4 and under have free entry, but need a ticket to reserve the time slot.

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. Additionally, merchandise items cannot be exchanged.

No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

Our museum aims to be as accessible as possible and welcoming to all visitors. However, due to building limitations and the nature of the exhibits, some parts of the museum might not be fully accessible to everyone. Please find out more on our Accessibility page.

All child ticket holders must be accompanied by an adult ticketholder during their visit. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

While we don’t offer cancellations, you may be able to reschedule your booking to another date. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate.
