1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Museum of Illusions London Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16464435) with registered office address at Museum of Illusions London Ltd, C/O Hunters Law Llp, Lincoln's Inn, 9 New Square, London, United Kingdom, WC2A 3QN (the “Promoter”), responsible for the operation of the Museum of Illusions London.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win this competition.
3. Competition Period
- The competition opens on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 and closes at 23:59 (BST) on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must sign up and submit the form via the official Museum of Illusions London landing page, https://moilondon.uk/launch-competition/.
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Four (4) admission tickets to the Museum of Illusions London, valid for one family group consisting of either two (2) adults and two (2) children or one (1) adult and three (3) children. Any additional attendees are not included in the prize but may be added at the winner’s own expense, subject to availability.
- A one (1) night stay at a minimum 3 star hotel in London for a family of four (4) (based on two (2) adults and two (2) children) at a hotel located near the museum. The specific hotel and location will be confirmed by the Promoter following winner selection.
Prize conditions:
- The winner may choose their visit date to the Museum of Illusions London between May 12-November 12, 2026, subject to availability.
- The hotel stay will be arranged to coincide with the selected museum visit date, subject to availability.
- If the winner’s preferred date is unavailable, reasonable alternative dates within the stated period will be offered.
- No alternative dates outside this period will be provided unless agreed at the sole discretion of the Promoter and the hotel partner.
- Travel, transfers, and additional expenses are not included.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- The draw will take place on May 11, 2026.
- The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 5–7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The Promoter will make available the surname and county of the winner to anyone who requests this information by emailing [email protected] ithin one (1) month after the closing date. If the winner objects to their surname and county being made available, they should notify the Promoter at the time of entry. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be deemed invalid.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or any other misconduct.
7. Prize Redemption
- The prize must be booked and used within 6 months (May 12-November 12, 2026) unless otherwise agreed.
- Booking must be made within 1 month of winner confirmation.
- All bookings are subject to availability and coordination with both the Promoter and the hotel partner.
8. Data Protection
- By entering, participants agree that their personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
- Personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the competition.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which includes details of participants’ rights under applicable data protection laws.
10. Liability
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other issues outside its control.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
